"The woman at the desk at our 8:00pm check in was cold and terse. When we had to go down and ask for a fourth towel, she acted as if we wanted something extra, despite the fact that we had clearly stated that there were 4 of us when booking and registering for the room. The man who responded to my night-bell checkout at 6:00 am was quick, cheerful and friendly. What a difference!"
