"I did request a room change because the pool's fence was attached to my room and when someone opened and shut the gate to the fence, the fence vibrated through my room. The second room's shower alternated cold and hot all by itself. The room had been broken into previously and it was noticable. I felt very uncomfortable and I did not want to move to another room so I just decided to go to another hotel."
